Return Policy

All sales are final. I do my best to photograph my work to give an accurate representation, as well as include information about product dimensions. Please keep in mind that all items are hand made by me; there is no perfection and no two items will ever be identical.

In the event that your order arrives broken, please immediately let me know and send a photo of the item along with the box it arrived in. I will gladly replace the item at no additional expense to you, or will issue a refund if that is your preference.

All gift certificate purchases are final and must be used within one year of purchase. 

Privacy Policy
I will not sell or distribute any of your personal information (your name, email or shipping address) to any third party.

Orders and Shipping
Shipping cost, which also includes cost of packaging materials, is added at checkout (shipping pottery is expensive, unfortunately). Orders will be processed within 7 days of placing your order. You will receive confirmation by email when your order is shipped.

My shop is currently only set up for domestic shipping within the United States, using the USPS. Please contact me with any interest in international shipping.

Your shipment may contain reused/recycled packing materials.

If you’re in Asheville and would like to arrange for an in-person pick up, choose the no shipping option at checkout and I will contact you to coordinate a pick up time.
